Si hay algo que nos gusta a los cartageneros, gastronómicamente hablando, son los pasteles salados, es decir, las empanadillas, los hojaldres, los pasteles de carne, las bechamelas, los
exploradores etc...
Nos encanta entrar en una panadería y comprarnos una o dos de estas delicias para comerlas por la calle...lo que ahora llamamos street food como si fuera algo nuevo, pero que nosostros llevamos practicando toda la vida.
Las empanadillas, tradicionalmente son de dos clases, de frito y de atún. Las primeras llevan un sofrito de tomate y pimiento con un poco de atún y las de atún van rellenas únicamente de este pescado, aliñado muy sencillamente. Este mismo relleno es el de estos hojaldres que a pesar de su simplicidad son realmente deliciosos.
Como vereis, si tenéis en casa una lámina de masa de hojaldre, tardareis poquísimo en preparar estos hojaldres estupendos para el aperitivo, una merienda o para llevar a una comida al aire libre.
Precalentar el horno a 180º.
Picar los dientes de ajo y el perejil. Mezclar esta picada con el atún y el huevo cocido troceado.
Extender la lámina de hojaldre y cortar con un cortapastas redondo grande. Si la plancha de hojaldre es rectangular, simplemente cortar cuadrados con un cuchillo o un cortapizzas. Poner una cucharada de relleno en cada uno, pintar los bordes con el huevo batido y doblarlos para darles forma de empanadillas, barnizarlas con el resto del huevo y ponerlas en una placa de horno.
Hornear durante unos 20 minutos hasta que estén bien dorados.
